                                      Dr. Annelle G. Maygren, O.D.                              

Dr. Maygren completed her Bachelors Degree in Chemistry at Black Hills State University and her Doctorate in Optometry at the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon.  She has been practicing in Mt. Shasta since 2003.  Dr. Maygren has special interests in learning related vision problems, binocular efficiency, pediatrics and contact lenses.  Outside of the office, Dr. Maygren loves spending time with her husband, Jason, their son's, Marshall and Grant, and their chocolate labs, Rose & Brown.

  Dr. Duane T. Brooks, O.D.

Dr. Brooks completed his doctorate in Optometry at the Pacific University College of Optometry.  He has been practicing in Mt. Shasta since 1973.  Prior to entering the medical field of optometry, Dr. Brooks was a high school educator for 4 years.  Dr. Brooks' interests include coaching girl's high school basketball, gold mining, restoring old cars, and flying.
